Happy New Year, and Let's crush 2021

“The greater the cause to which we might devote our lives, the more self-discipline is required.”  

I'm sure everyone is ready to put 2020 behind them, but what 2020 has shown me is that no matter what is going on around you, if you still put in the work and always try to move forward you can make an difference to those around you and have a positive impact. 

Looking forward to 2021, I have asked my entire office to write down their 2021 goals....why you ask?

Because if we write them down, you are 42% more likely to achieve your goals. Writing your goals down not only forces you to get clear on what, exactly, it is that you want to accomplish, but doing so plays a part in motivating you to complete the tasks necessary for your success.

A topic that is constantly discussed in our office is how can we make an impact in our client's lives, and how can TK Insurance help you meet your own goals? How can we help you grow professionally and personally? 

• Specific
• Measurable
• Actionable
• Relevant
• Time-Bound

 note* you should be reaching! Going for your goals should be uncomfortable, make you squirm a little. 

 

We want to make sure we have a positive impact on anyone we come into contact with. My hope is that we enrich lives of those around us and that deal with us by making them want to be just a little bit better!

 

One thing I'm super proud of for 2020 is Andrew Ward and myself creating a non-profit called Acadiana Veteran

Alliance or AVA where are mission is to;

• WORK
• GIVE

back to Veterans in Louisiana. It has been a great learning opportunity these past 6 months and we have really gained some traction.
